Why do we use your details?
Information submitted through the form is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a valuation or viewing and discuss your property plans. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. You are not subscribed to a newsletter.
Information collected
Name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry type and message. Your name, email address and message are needed to respond. The information is sent to the agency by email.
Recipients and retention
Enquiries are accessible to Martin Giroult and the technical providers needed for hosting and email. The website does not maintain an enquiry database. Messages are retained in the mailbox while your plans are being discussed, then deleted no later than three years after your last contact if no contractual relationship exists. Contractual records follow their own statutory retention periods.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing or portability where applicable. To exercise your rights, write to the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies and spam protection
This website uses no targeted advertising or third-party analytics. A strictly necessary session cookie protects the contact form and displays its result. A technical fingerprint of the IP address limits abusive submissions; the limit covers a one-hour window and old fingerprints are purged during subsequent submissions. Hosting logs are separate from this protection.
