Property sales
Agency fee schedule — TTC
| Sale price | Agency fees |
|---|---|
| Up to €50,000 | Fixed fee of €4,000 |
| €50,001 to €100,000 | 8 % |
| €100,001 to €150,000 | 7 % |
| €150,001 to €200,000 | 6 % |
| €200,001 and above | 5.5 % |
Percentages apply to the sale price. The party responsible for agency fees is specified in the agency agreement and the property listing.
Types of agency agreement
Non-exclusive, exclusive or semi-exclusive agreements. We discuss the available options and terms together.
When working with another agency, fees do not exceed this schedule or the amount set out in the sale agreement.
Lettings

The allocation of viewing, application, agreement and check-in inventory fees is specified in the contract, subject to the applicable caps. The tenant’s share cannot exceed the landlord’s share.
For an agreed residential check-out inventory attended by both parties, the tenant is not charged. The check-out fee shown above is payable by the landlord.
